Mayor's statement of condolence
On behalf of the community of Marlborough the Town Mayor and Councillors wish to express their sadness at the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. We would like to express our sincere condolences to His Majesty the King and the rest of the Royal Family.Her Majesty the Queen was an inspiration to so many with her strength and commitment to her work. She has kept us together as a nation over a long and illustrious reign. She will be sadly missed by us all.
