The clinics will be held in a confidential and accessible space within the Nationwide Building Society branch. 

We predominantly see carers of people living with dementia; however, the clinics are for anyone living with dementia or concerned about their own memory. We do have a high number of people living with dementia attending on their own. 

The clinics are free and there is no need or expectation to be a customer of Nationwide Building Society to access them.

Upcoming Admiral Nurse clinics are in the following Nationwide Building Society branches:

• Chippenham Tuesday 28^th to Thursday 30^th April 2026
• Salisbury Tuesday 5^th to Thursday 7^th May 2026
• Marlborough Tuesday 12^th to Thursday 14^th May 2026

It is recommended to book an appointment. Each appointment is for 45 minutes. 

Clinics are for:

• People who are worried about their own memory or that of someone else
• People who have been diagnosed with dementia
• Carers of people living with dementia

Admiral Nurses (specialist dementia nurses provided by Dementia UK)  support with all aspects of dementia care such as:

• Support around getting a diagnosis
• Understanding symptoms of dementia including how to respond to behaviour
• Communicating with the person living with dementia
• Planning future care
• Grief, loss and bereavement 
• Transitions in care
