I am pleased to inform you the free, open to all, Dementia UK Admiral Nurse clinics will be hosted in the Nationwide Building Society at Marlborough Nationwide Branch.
Nationwide Building Society is providing a confidential, accessible room to host specialist dementia nurse clinics known as Admiral Nurses in 200 branches across the UK.
Clinics will be held:
• Tuesday 2nd to Thursday 4th September 2025
There is no need to be a customer of Nationwide to access the clinics.
Clinic appointments are for 45 minutes, face to face with a dementia specialist nurse Admiral Nurse.

or speak to a Nationwide colleague in your branch.

The Admiral Nurse will return to each branch approximately every 12-14 weeks.
Clinics are for:
• People worried about their own memory or that of someone else
• People who have been diagnosed with dementia
• Carers of people living with dementia
Admiral Nurses can provide support with all aspects of dementia care such as:
• Support around getting a diagnosis
• Understanding symptoms of dementia including how to respond to behaviour
• Communicating with the person living with dementia
• Planning future care
• Grief, loss and bereavement
• Transitions in care
• The above list is not exhaustive
