Road closure consultation

{Play}Freedom Parade

A Freedom Parade to commemorate 15 years since 4MI Military Intelligence Battalion were granted The Freedom of Marlborough is taking place on Thursday 4th June 2026.

Marlborough Town Council are supporting 4MI Military Intelligence Battalion with their event and as such have applied for a road closure on their behalf.

The closure, if approved, will take place from 09.45hrs to 11.15hrs (1½ hrs duration).

The closure is required to ensure the safety of members of 4MI taking part in the parade, and members of the public in attendance.

The road closure will cover the whole length of the High Street but will allow vehicular access along Hyde Lane and Kingsbury Street.
