An appeal to drivers as we count down to the Coronation...We'll be setting out tables and transforming the High Street into a party zone on Sunday, 7 May starting from 8am - no easy task with a High Street as famously wide as Marlborough's!
The High Street will be closed to traffic between 08:00-18:00 on Sunday, 7 May to enable the Coronation Big Lunch High Street Party to take place.
To help us make sure everything is ready for partygoers to arrive and get settled in from 11am we're appealing to drivers who might be parking in the High Street overnight on Saturday, 6 May to please remove their vehicles before 8am so that our team can start setting up as soon as the road closure is in effect.
