Temporary Closure of: C6 (Part), Mildenhall (Ref: TTRO 10320)
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to cl
ose temporarily to all traffic:
C6 (Part), Mildenhall; from its
junction with Church Lane to its junction with Greenway Road.
To ena ble: Openreach to carry out UG civils works and overlay duct.
Alterna tive route: via C6 (unaffected length) – C190 – C189 – A346 – C6 (unaffecte d length) and vice versa.
The closure and diversion route will be cle arly indicated by traffic signs.
This Order will come into operation on 12 May 2025 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 3 days. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be mai ntained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are li kely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
