  that on 28 January 2025, the following length of road shall be closed to\n
 all traffic in the interests of public safety to enable Openreach to carry 
 out access to underground structure to\nrestore customer service.\nFree's A
 venue (Part), Marlborough; from its junction with Eagle Cottage in a southe
 rnly direction for approximately\n1300 metres.\nAlternative route: via Free
 s Avenue (unaffected length), A4, A4361 and vice versa.\nThe closure and di
 version route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. Access will be ma
 intained for\nresidents and businesses where possible, although delays are 
 likely due to the nature of the works.\nThese works will commence on 28 Jan
