Dear Customer

M4 Junctions 15 to 14 Eastbound Closure – Friday 4 February 2022

I’m writing to advise that work will be taking place shortly, on the M4 eastbound
carriageway to reconnect communication sensors beneath the carriageway near
Liddington.

For the safety of our workforce and customers, we will be closing the M4 eastbound
carriageway from junction 15 (Swindon) and junction 14 (Hungerford) overnight on
Friday 4 February 2022. The road will be closed from 9pm to 6am, during which time a
signed diversion will be in place via the A346, A4 and A338.

Access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles on blue light calls only.

Please note that this closure is subject to change due to weather conditions or
unforeseen circumstances; it will be advertised on yellow signs placed in
advance alongside the M4 and on our South-East Twitter page
(@HighwaysSEAST).

We would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience or disruption you may
experience during this work.
