Town Councillor Election

Written on 10 June 2024.

Following the resignation of Councillor Noel Barrett-Morton, the by election in respect of a Town Councillor vacancy for Marlborough Town Council (Marlborough West Ward) will take place on the same day as the General Election on Thursday, 4 July 2024.

Below is the Statement of Persons Nominated and Situation of Polling Stations in respect of this by election.

The counting of votes will take place as soon as possible after close of poll (10pm). As the Marlborough West Ward by election will take place on the same day as the General Election, the counting of votes will take place at the same venue for the Parliamentary constituency of East Wiltshire at Five Rivers Leisure Centre, Hulse Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 3NR.

Please remember that people need to take Voter ID with them when voting at a polling station.
