{Play}Jo Waltham and Richard Allen have stepped down from the Town Council

We’re sorry to be saying goodbye to two Town Councillors who have resigned for personal reasons with immediate effect.

Jo joined us via co-option in September 2020 during a pandemic as a Councillor for Marlborough Town Council in the East Ward, and Richard returned at the start of the 2021 four-year Council term for his second time as a Town Councillor for West Ward.

At Monday’s Full Town Council meeting our Mayor, Councillor Lisa Farrell, and fellow Councillors paid tribute to them both and wished them well, and we thank them for their service.
