Storm Arwen
Please note Priory Gardens will be closed from Friday afternoon, 26 November, until Monday 29 November.
With very high winds forecast we have taken this precaution to ensure public safety as there is a risk of falling branches/trees.
Please note also that there will be no street market in Marlborough on Saturday 27 November.
If you are driving this weekend please take care. Fallen trees on the roadway can be reported to Wiltshire Council during office hours on 0300 456 0100.
The emergency number is for use in extreme circumstances, where there's an immediate threat to health and safety (out of our office hours). It is the same as the above but instead of being answered by a customer services adviser it will give you a menu of options to choose from:
- Emergency adult and child social care
- Emergency housing needs
- Emergency highway faults (including trees on the road and/or flooded roads)
- Environmental health emergency service
- Building control emergencies (dangerous structures)
In the case of an emergency for our services (Town Hall, Youth Centre, parks and gardens) outside of normal working hours, please call 07593 584095 or 07715 639827
