"Clean-up Sunday" date move - but in a good cause

The monthly "clean-up" day for the old Victorian cemetery on the Common usually takes place on the 2nd Sunday of the month. For this month only, please be aware that the date has been changed to 20th September, starting at 10 am.

On Sunday 13th The Mayor, Cllr. Margaret Rose, who leads the clean-up volunteers, will be busy preparing for her charity concert taking place that evening - a piano duet in St Peter's Church in aid of The Brain Tumour Charity. Tickets are still available if you'd like to attend.
