Armistice Day
Lots came to pay their respects around the Town Hall today for the 2 minutes silence at 11.am. Pupils and staff from St John’s standing proudly, displaying their poppies alongside the Town Mayor and Councillors. St John’s Head Boy and Girl, Matt Jones and Freya Lewis, joined the Mayor, 4 Military Intelligence Battalion and the Royal British Legion in laying wreaths at the 7th Wiltshire Regiment War Memorial at London Road.
