Urgent Closure of: Footpath between Stonebridge Lane and Vicarage Close

WILTSHIRE COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that on 19th August 2024 , the following length of road shall be closed to all traffic in the interests of public safety to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out Works are to excavate down footpath for a new electricity connection into a new site at Plot Adjacent To Little Thatch, Stonebridge Lane, that will reduce width and prevent pedestrian access.

Footpath between Stonebridge Lane & Vicarage Close; from its junction with Stonebridge Lane to its junction with Vicarage Close.

No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.

These works will commence on 19th August 2024 and are anticipated to be required for 12 days. This Notice will have a maximum duration of 21 days.
