If you've booked one of our tables (sold out) there are four chairs provided - but room for you to bring two more chairs to make a party of six at each table. Tables are 6ft x 2ft 6in
Bring your own picnic and decorations
There will be plenty of space for you to bring your own tables and chairs too
8am: High Street closed to traffic
If you normally park in the High Street please help us by moving your car before 8am so that we can set up for the party
If you are coming by car allow extra time for your journey
All car parks are open as normal - access George Lane, Hilliers Yard or Polly Gardens car parks (behind Waitrose) via George Lane

11AM-MIDDAY - TIME TO SET UP YOUR TABLE
Please arrive from 11am (but not before - we won't be ready for you!) to set up your table and get ready for the party. This applies whether you've pre-booked a table or bring your own.
SORRY, NO GAZEBOS
Pre-booked tables: find a marshal in a hi-viz jacket brandishing a clipboard and give them your surname - no need to bring your ticket. They will be able to tell you which zone your table is in and point you in the right direction (Highgrove, Buckingham, Windsor, Sandringham or Clarence).
If you have been unable to book a table with us there will still be plenty of space on both sides of the High Street and around the stage area for you to bring your own picnic chairs.
We'll be awarding 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes for the most eye-catching table. Tables will be judged discreetly and winners announced on the main stage during the afternoon. Don't worry though, we won't make you come up to the stage to collect your prize, we'll come to you!
Priory Gardens and St Peter's Churchyard will be open too if you prefer to picnic somewhere with a bit more peace and quiet away from the hustle & bustle of the High Street.
